  • Design cartridge to integrate with custom reader

  • Unique industrial design, ergonomics and branding

  • Mechanical design for optimizing performance of lateral flow test strips


 


Unique Features/Challenges:



  • Fast track design project in order to have product in manufacturing quickly, completed in just 4 months

  • Required extensive use of our in-house stereolithography machine in order to create the multiple small but accurate design iterations necessary to develop a lateral flow device.  Without this in-house capability, the development schedule would not have been possible.
