  • This product replaces an existing injection molded cartridge with a lower cost thermoformed cartridge compatible with high volume production without sacrificing performance

  • This project drew heavily on our knowledge and experience with high volume production techniques

  • Project required pushing the limits of thermoform production capabilities in order to create a design which replicates injection molded features and functions
